HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Coordinator Facilities Management to oversee maintenance coordination, schedules, and office operations. You will coordinate service, repairs, and preventative maintenance for hospital equipment, maintain records, and support the department's workflow.
The role includes receptionist duties, timekeeping, and contributing to safety and performance improvement efforts.

Is primarily responsible for coordinating service, repairs and preventative maintenance on hospital equipment and for maintaining all files, records, and other materials related to department activities and plays an instrumental role in assuring the workflow of the department. Prepares preventative maintenance schedules, meetings and in-services. Acts as receptionist to receive visitors, staff and sales persons and receive telephone calls and generate needed work requests. Maintains all input with up to date use of the Preventative Maintenance Program. Acts as the over-all ambassador for the department and the hospital. Serves as the Recording Secretary for the Safety Environment of Care Committee and authors feature articles for the Newsletter. Maintains the Kronos system that compiles department time records, prepares FTE reports and payroll reports and submits documents to the Director of Plant Operations for approval. Supervises the pagers system for the facility. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Osceola Regional Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support Osceola Regional Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
