Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead the hospital’s facility operations, safety programs and capital projects.

The role directs planning and organizing of the physical plant, maintenance activities, and security measures to ensure reliable, compliant operations. A relevant degree and hospital supervisory experience are required, CPI credentials are preferred.

• CPI within 180 days of hire.
• 3+ years of hospital supervisory experience.
• JCAHO survey completion preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director Facilities Management is responsible for directing, planning, and organizing the hospitals facility operations, capital construction projects, maintenance activities, physical plant, and safety and security.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field; or equivalent training and experience
• CPI within 180 days of hire required
• 3+ years of relevant hospital experience in a supervisory role required
• Successful completion of a JCAHO survey highly preferred
