HCA Florida Osceola Hospital seeks a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to lead the imaging teams and drive service excellence in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Supervises and leads staff throughout Imaging services. Emphasizes and promotes service excellence throughout these areas. Position requires initiative, team building and development. Position requires the utilization of staff in a supportive and efficient manner. Ensures that customer service goals and patient safety goals are met. Works closely with physicians in coordinating service. Must be flexible and able to meet dynamic changes in department workload. Rounds for outcomes. Knows key words for key times. Responsible for supporting and developing staff to ensure that patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction are exceeded throughout Imaging Services. Works with other managers, directors or supervisors in meeting service goals.
