Job summary

Medical City Healthcare's Arlington facility is seeking a Coordinator Facilities Management to oversee repair projects, coordinate maintenance across departments, and ensure code compliance within a large acute care hospital.

The role requires a construction/engineering background, 3+ years in project management within hospital settings, a valid Texas driver's license, and willingness to walk between departments and handle light lifting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three (3) years experience in project or construction management and/or worked in an acute care hospital with experience of hospital regulatory compliance.
• Must have a current Texas DL.
• Must be familiar with building maintenance and construction techniques, equipment and operation of various systems including plumbing, HVAC, electric and structural. Must be familiar with applicable codes: federal, state, city, NFPA and TJC regulations relating to healthcare facilities.
• Requires frequent walking from department to department. Requires sitting at a work-station or desk. Work may include occasional pushing and/or pulling, lifting and carrying objects weighing 20 lb.
