The Freeman Company is seeking a Coordinator - Equipment Logistics to manage inbound and outbound rental equipment for flawless event execution in Dallas, TX. This full-time, in‑office/show-site role supports the Audio Visual Production team with strong teamwork and coordination.

Responsibilities include inventory, entry into R2, parts tracking, and routine equipment repairs. Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, and Google Sheets is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets.
• Ability to complete electronic repairs with soldering skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and maintain all of the incoming equipment product types for specified area.
• Assist with inventorying serialized and non-serialized product types, including work trunks and speciality equipment kits.
• Communicate with show personnel to gather accurate show requirements, and ensure appropriate equipment is entered into R2.
• Facilitate the accurate pulling of equipment according to R2.
• Track missing parts and create orders for replacement parts.
• Assist with creating and implementing SOPs for quality control of equipment.
• Identify high priority equipment needs.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, rolling ladders, etc.).
• Assist with repairs of equipment as needed.
• Send damaged or malfunctioning equipment to service personnel.
• Assist other areas within Quality Control as needed.
• Foster a positive team oriented atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Coordinator - Equipment Logistics is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound equipment for the purpose of flawless execution of events. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

This position will support our Audio Visual Production team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process and maintain all of the incoming equipment product types for specified area.

• Assist with all aspects of inventorying both serialized and non-serialized product types, including work trunks and speciality equipment kits.

• Communicate with show personnel to gather accurate show requirements, and ensure that appropriate equipment is correctly entered into R2.

• Facilitate the accurate pulling of equipment according to R2.

• Track missing parts and create orders for replacement parts.

• Assist with generating and implementing best practices and SOP's for establishing quality control guidlines for equipment.

• Assist with identifying high priority equipment needs.

• Safely operate all types of warehouse equipment to complete daily tasks (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, rolling laders, etc.).

• Assist with repairs of equipment as needed.

• Send damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate service personnel.

• Assist other areas within the Quality Control department if the need arrises.

• Helps to foster a positive team oriented atmosphere.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production and/or warehouse operations.

• Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets.

• Ability to complete electronic repairs with soldering skills.

Must maintain a valid state driver's license
