TEKsystems is partnering with an innovative startup to support user testing for a cutting‑edge device. We are seeking highly personable and organized individuals to assist in coordinating research sessions and documenting user experiences.

This contract role in Waltham, MA runs 6 months to start and offers a pay rate of $20-24 per hour. Schedule M-F 9am-6pm, onsite, with benefits eligibility and potential extension based on project needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate in-person user research sessions with study participants.
• Guide participants through structured testing activities involving a wearable medical device.
• Observe and document participant feedback, behaviors, and experiences using an iPad.
• Ensure all session data is recorded clearly, accurately, and consistently.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for participants.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members and elevate any issues as needed.
• Follow established research protocols and maintain confidentiality of participant data.

Pay Rate: $20-24/hr

Location: Waltham, MA

TEKsystems is partnering with an innovative startup, to support user testing for a cutting‑edge device. We are seeking highly personable and organized individuals to assist in coordinating research sessions and documenting user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry‑level candidates looking to gain hands‑on experience in user research, healthcare technology, and client‑facing work.

This project will be 6 months to start but can be extended more months for the top project consultants

Job Duties

• Coordinate and facilitate in‑person user research sessions with study participants
• Guide participants through structured testing activities involving a wearable medical device
• Observe and document participant feedback, behaviors, and experiences using an iPad

Pay and Benefits
