TEKsystems is seeking a Test Proctor/Research Coordinator in Waltham, MA. No experience needed; training provided. Schedule is M-F 9AM-6PM with onsite work. This six-month contract focuses on coordinating research sessions for a wearable medical device and recording participant experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate in-person user research sessions with study participants.
  • Guide participants through structured testing activities involving a wearable medical device.
  • Observe and document participant feedback, behaviors, and experiences using an iPad.
  • Ensure all session data is recorded clearly, accurately, and consistently.
  • Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for participants.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and escalate any issues as needed.
  • Follow established research protocols and maintain confidentiality of participant data.

Test Proctor/ Research Coordinator (no experience needed, willing to train!)

Schedule M-F 9AM-6PM

Pay Rate: $20-24/hr

Location: Waltham, MA

TEKsystems is partnering with an innovative startup, to support user testing for a cutting-edge device. We are seeking highly personable and organized individuals to assist in coordinating research sessions and documenting user experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands‑on experience in user research, healthcare technology, and client-facing work.

This project will be 6 months to start but can be extended more months for the top project consultants

Job Duties
  • Coordinate and facilitate in‑person user research sessions with study participants

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
