SupportFinity™ is seeking a highly organized Coordinator for Advancement Events to support operational activities. This hybrid role involves managing event logistics and ensuring smooth operations for the Advancement Events team.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in event management or alumni relations, with a Bachelor's degree and strong project management skills. Reporting to the Associate Director, Advancement Events, the Coordinator, Advancement Events will provide a high level of organizational and operational support to the Advancement Events team, with an emphasis on event operations, event attendee management and reporting, and event preparation. These operations are vital to the success of Advancement Engagement and Institutional Advancement and support the work of the Advancement Events team. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
Salary Range: $35,600 - $45,000
