Lil’ Kickers is seeking energetic coaches to lead fun, structured classes for children from 18 months to 9 years old in Portland. You will guide games, activities, and laughter, helping little ones develop in a safe, playful setting.

Ideal candidates bring high energy, reliability, and a joy for working with kids. Weekend shifts are common, with additional weekday morning/afternoon hours possible.

Qualifications

• Must be ready to have fun working with kids and bring high energy and enthusiasm.
• Reliable and committed to working all classes for the season.
• Availability for Saturday and Sunday mornings; weekday mornings/afternoons also available.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids ages 18 months - 9 years old.
• Use engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
• Build relationships with the kids in your classes and their families.
