Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of home service experience.
• Prior experience in ServiceTitan.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Assign field personnel to install systems based on skills and abilities.
• Ensure daily numbers are met by maximizing the schedule.
• Communicate with customers to confirm installation scheduling.
• Dispatch installation technicians daily and provide job sheet details ahead of time.
• Secure permits as needed for jobs.
• Daily check-ins with installers to track status and adjust schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse for equipment and parts acquisition.
• Track job progress and backlog using spreadsheets (Installation Tracker).
• Assist with financing processes and closing paperwork.

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating installations for maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability through efficiency and productivity.

Position overview

• Coordinates the scheduling of installations.
• Assign and allocate appropriate field personnel to install new systems, with consideration of their specific skills, and abilities
• Ensure that the schedule is maximized in order to meet and exceed daily numbers.
• Communicate with customers to confirm the scheduling of their installation.
• Assign and dispatch installation Technicians on a daily basis.
• Provide detailed information about the installation job to installers the evening before the job is scheduled. This includes phone and emails to tech and personal email addresses with job sheet specifications.
• Secures any permits needed for a job.
• Communicate personally with each installer daily (approximately 3 pm) to determine status of job completion.
• Make any necessary schedule adjustments to ensure all work is completed timely, thoroughly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel as soon as a job is received to begin the equipment & parts acquisition process.
• Track job, field personnel, and backlog status on appropriate spreadsheets. (Installation Tracker)
• Financing
• Prepares closing paperwork for customers to sign and places it in a job packet prior to installation.
• Files finished paperwork with the finance company timely in order to receive payment quickly.
• Resolves issues relating to financing.
• Answers incoming customer phone calls.
• Books service calls as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of home service experience.
• Prior experience in ServiceTitan
• Possess enthusiasm, persuasiveness, accuracy, and be efficient with time management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word and Google office.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
