True Care in White Plains, NY is seeking a Coordination Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will manage Scheduling Coordinators, monitor attendance, resolve staffing challenges, and collaborate with interdepartmental teams to maintain staff and patient satisfaction in a hands-on, in-person work environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of related experience in healthcare/homecare.
• Experience supervising or managing in Home Care is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Coordination team.
• Coach and train team members and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage scheduling, PTO approvals, and staff coverage during absences.
