You will oversee Coordinators and support staff, drive process improvements, and develop scalable systems. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating projects, operations, or logistics.
• 2+ years in supervisory leadership.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Allied Systems service coordinators.
• Ensure on-time project delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate orders, scheduling, and vendor activities.
• Track milestones and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Rental, and Parts teams.
• Develop KPIs for throughput and customer satisfaction.
• Support invoicing, forecasting, backlog management.
• Standardize workflows and documentation.
