Job summary

fairlife, LLC invites applications for a Project Engineering Intern at the Coopersville, MI plant. You will work with full-time engineers to understand project roles, lead and support high-priority tasks, and learn how to report results while collaborating across teams.

The internship runs May 24–August 10, 2027, onsite, 8-hour days, with learning opportunities across the engineering function and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a four-year undergrad degree entering Fall, senior.
• Preferred focus on Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Work with contractors and provide instruction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-priority project engineering tasks at the Coopersville plant.
• Learn roles of the Engineering Team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Report results and track project progress.
• Assist with facility routines and safety practices.
