Prospera seeks a Cooperative Development Manager to lead and scale cooperative entrepreneurship initiatives for Latina and immigrant entrepreneurs. You will bridge program management, technical assistance, ecosystem building, and partnerships to advance collective ownership and economic mobility.

The role collaborates across teams to strengthen education, leadership development, and cooperative networks, with remote work and periodic in-person Oakland meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required to provide direct technical assistance and services.
• 5+ years of experience in cooperative development with worker-owned or related pathways.
• Strong program and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups including nonprofits, public agencies, or funders.
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills across community, partner, and institutional settings.
• Experience developing scalable systems, tools, and processes for program delivery.
• Experience serving Latina, immigrant, or BIPOC communities in entrepreneurship or economic development contexts.

Aufgaben

• Lead cooperative incubation and business development from exploration to launch and early operations.
• Provide technical assistance on governance, ownership structures, and readiness.
• Support entrepreneurs evaluating cooperative conversion or worker-owned pathways.
• Develop tools, templates, and systems to strengthen cooperative success.
• Track budgets, timelines, deliverables, and grant reporting requirements.
• Coordinate consultants, facilitators, and program partners.
• Document learnings and surface recommendations for program leadership.
