Catalyst Miami, Inc. in Miami seeks an Economic Justice Program Coordinator to advance its Prosperity Campaign by delivering bilingual financial coaching, tax assistance (VITA), and financial education to residents and small businesses.

Qualifications

Language proficiency in English, Haitian Creole, and/or Spanish.
Associate’s Degree required; AFC certification is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with MS Office and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one financial coaching and related services to individuals, families, and small businesses.
Conduct client assessments, develop action plans, and support clients in achieving financial goals.
Deliver budgeting, credit building, debt management, savings strategies, banking access, and tax education (VITA).
Prepare accurate tax returns and deliver VITA education as assigned.
Outreach to engage residents and partners; plan and facilitate financial-capability workshops.
Maintain confidential client records and track program outcomes for reporting and evaluation.
