Center for Family Life in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a full-time Small Business Developer (Spanish-English bilingual) to support cooperative development and economic empowerment. You will guide worker-owners through governance, budgeting, and management systems while coordinating with partners and providing hands-on business assistance.

The role emphasizes training delivery, project coordination, and community engagement, with a schedule Monday–Friday, on-site in Sunset Park.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Skilled in leading workshops and group meetings.
• Experience managing projects and deadlines.
• Experience teaching business skills to adults is preferred.
• Commitment to social justice and economic empowerment.

Responsabilités

• Organize and inspire community groups to develop cooperative businesses.
• Provide guidance to workers establishing governance and management systems.
