For this U.S.-based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives.

The salary range applies to candidates within the United States. Compensation is determined based on role responsibilities, experience, skills, and education. Mission:

The Cooling Technical Support Manager leads a global team of Technical Support Engineers providing expert support for Data Center Cooling products. The team interfaces with Field Service Representatives, Certified Service Partners, and customers to assist with installation, operation, and application issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Motivair Service support team
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Execution teams for commissioning and issue resolution
  • Schedule on-site support for break-fix and commissioning activities
  • Develop scope of work and quotations for customer requests and support plans
  • Manage quotations for on-site and remote support
  • Maintain and improve Service documentation, including Methods of Procedure (MOP) and RAMS
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to identify and address process and performance gaps
  • Collaborate with Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing teams to resolve issues and improve offerings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field
  • 5+ years relevant experience, including cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influence skills within Schneider Electric and with customers
  • Self-motivated, interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams, innovative problem-solving
  • International communication experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer sites
