Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural cooling, receiving, and shipping operations.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading teams.
ASTI Certification preferred.
Forklift certification preferred with 2–3 years of experience.
Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
Willingness to rotate monthly across shifts.
Valid CA driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across Receiving and Shipping, Cooling, and Carton Yard.
Ensure accurate intake and temperature management of product and efficient product flow.
Supervise staff, monitor food safety and safety standards, communicate with departments and customers.
Rotate monthly through Receiving, Cooling Operations, and Carton Yard and schedule shifts.
Maintain records and ensure proper documentation and inventory control.
Coordinate with growers and internal departments to optimize shipping schedules.
