Job summary

Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA is seeking a Cook for full- or part-time schedules. The full-time shift in the Stone Hearth Grille runs 10am–6:30pm, with every other weekend and holiday off. Competitive pay up to $21.59 per hour, with extra benefits and no late nights.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior cooking experience; health care or full-service restaurant/catering preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.

• Prepares daily menu items following food handling standards.
• Maintains cooking equipment and performs daily cleaning duties.
• Provides excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Covers, labels, dates, and stores leftovers properly.

Requirements

Cook Qualifications:

• At least one year of prior cooking experience is required; preferably in a health care setting (for part time) or full service restaurant/catering (for full time.)
• SERV Safe Certification preferred.
