Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking entry-level production workers in Utah. This full-time, on-site role involves manual handling, quality checks, and adherence to GMPs on a conveyor line. English literacy is required to perform tasks safely and efficiently.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with competitive benefits including health, dental, a 401(k) plan, and wellness programs. Prior production or food-handling experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of product on production lines.
• Perform visual quality inspection of product/packaging.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices.
• Follow supervisory instructions and rotate lines as required.
• Perform cupping and packaging on conveyor belt with repetitive motion.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Schedule is 6:50 am to 3:00 pm, with Sundays work.

Job description

General Summary

Entry level production worker duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manual handling of product
• Visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
• Housekeeping and adhere to acceptable safety practices
• Follow supervisory instructions; may be scheduled on different lines as per production needs and other duties as assigned
• Perform cupping and packaging duties in a conveyor belt setting which involves repetitive motion of hand, arm and shoulder and standing all shift
• Cupping line duties require dropping/separating paper cups and using other hand to fill each with correct number of cookies; must be able to use both hands and rotate sides of belt
• Regular or routine lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Schedule: 6:50 am to 3 pm; will work most Sundays. Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1‑year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Education & Experience Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this full‑time, hourly position is $20.00. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
