Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an entry-level production worker to support daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include manual handling, quality inspection, GMP adherence, and housekeeping on a conveyor belt line.

Typical shifts run 2:50 am–11:00 pm with Sundays scheduled. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of production experience preferred, and be able to communicate in English.

• Preferred to have production line or food handling experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of product.
• Visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging.
• Follow GMP and maintain housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety practices and supervisor instructions.
• Schedule on different lines as per production needs.
• Perform cupping and packaging duties on conveyor belt; fill cups with cookies.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Work shift from 2:50 am to 11 pm; Sundays may be scheduled.
• Speak, read, and understand English to perform duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manual handling of product
• Visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Housekeeping
• Adhering to acceptable safety practices
• Following supervisory instructions
• Scheduling on different lines as per production needs
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Cupping and packaging duties in a conveyor belt setting, including dropping/separating paper cups and filling each cup with the correct number of cookies; requires using both hands and changing sides of the belt
• Regular or routine lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working shift times 2:50 am to 11 pm, with most Sundays scheduled
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience Preferred (Not Required)

Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this full‑time, hourly position is $20.00. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
