Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Lewiston, Utah, is seeking an entry level production worker to operate on the production line, perform cupping and packaging tasks, and help maintain GMP and safety standards.

General Summary

Entry level production worker duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Various production line duties, including manual handling of product, visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging, following Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping, adhering to safety practices, following supervisory instructions, and scheduling on different lines as needed.
• Perform cupping and packaging duties on a conveyor belt setting involving repetitive motion of hand, arm and shoulders and standing for the entire shift.
• Execute cupping line tasks such as dropping/separating paper cups and filling each with the correct number of cookies, using both hands and rotating sides of the belt.
• Lifting routine loads up to 25 pounds and occasional loads up to 50 pounds.
• Work shift 6:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and most Sundays.
• Speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform essential functions of the role.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Education & Experience Preferred (Not Required)

Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20.00.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
