Insomnia Cookies in Lexington, KY is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be the friendly face at the storefront and the baker of our warm, delicious cookies. You will interact with guests, bake cookies, and ensure orders are packed and delivered to standard.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain required food safety certifications for location.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make each interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies and other treats to quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe during each shift.
• Support the team by restocking supplies, helping teammates, and keeping the line moving.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and urgency, coordinating with the Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver an experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
