Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be part baker, hospitality expert, and late-night hero. You'll welcome guests, bake and package warm cookies, and ensure accurate orders across in-store, pickup, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Ambitious nature.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders per procedure.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies and treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
