Responsibilities:

1. Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
2. Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
3. Provide each customer with a warm experience with a smile, both in person and over the phone
4. Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
5. Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
6. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused role (preferred)
• Customer service orientation with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
