A popular cookie bakery in Philadelphia is seeking a Cookie Crew member to provide excellent customer service and help bake delicious cookies. Responsibilities include taking orders, baking, and ensuring a warm experience for every guest. Ideal candidates should have prior customer service experience and be able to lift heavy boxes. As a member of the Cookie Crew at our 13th St. store located at 135 S. 13th Street Philadelphia, PA 19107, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the point person at the front of the store, interacting with our customers, and give them a warm experience while baking all of our delicious, warm cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake our cookies to perfection and offer a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service‑focused role – preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
