As a vital front-line ambassador, you will greet customers, take orders, and prepare delicious cookies and ice cream. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Plaza Midwood store located at 1401 Central Ave, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the front‑line ambassador for customers and bake our warm, delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
