As a crew member, you will greet guests, handle orders, and bake cookies, providing delightful customer service in a fun team environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders.
• Help customers understand menu items and repeat orders.
• Give customers a warm experience both in person and over the phone.
• Bake delicious cookies and serve ice cream.
• Ensure accurate delivery orders are packaged correctly.
• Handle cash and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery area.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are actively interviewing Cookie Crew for our brand new Spruce St. location! This new store opening will be located at 3730 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA. As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the primary point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers and baking our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitizing, and the bakery area.

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
