Job summary

A popular cookie bakery in San Diego is looking for a part-time team member. You will greet customers, take orders, and bake warm cookies to perfection. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience and be available to work nights and weekends. This role offers flexible scheduling and a fun work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role – preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our San Diego store located at 1007 Garnet Ave San Diego, CA 92109, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You serve as the front‑door point person for interacting with our customers and bake our warm, delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
