As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Wayne State store located at 5171 Anthony Wayne Dr, Detroit, MI 48202, you will be the friendly face greeting customers and the talented baker creating our delicious cookies!

What Will You Do as a Member of the Cookie Crew?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Create a warm experience with a smile, in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the bakery

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious and motivated
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
