As a member of the Cookie Crew at our EMU store located at 733 West Cross St. Ypsilanti, MI 48197,, you will be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the front-line point of contact for our customers and also get to bake our delicious cookies!

What Else Will I Do as a Member of the Cookie Crew?

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
