Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and prepare a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery space.

Job description

Be among the first 25 applicants. As a member of the Cookie Crew at our GTU store located 930 Spring St NW, Atlanta GA 30309, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers, and you bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.
