Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, banquet kitchen, or similar setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safe food handling.
• Ability to follow recipes, manage multiple orders, and maintain quality during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily prep work and keep station stocked, organized, and ready for service.
