Job summary

Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes, manage guest orders, and execute advanced cooking techniques while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You’ll work across stations as needed, ensure safety and sanitation, and contribute to a memorable dining experience for guests in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain a strong knowledge of advanced cooking techniques (e.g., sauces, roasting, grilling, plating) and work a station independently as needed
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage and safety protocols
• Manage multiple tickets/orders at once, assist with training, and step in for minor supervisory duties as needed
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations

• Inspect and finalize plates: Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols

• Manage product and operational needs: Manage multiple tickets/orders at once, assist with training, and step in for minor supervisory duties as needed

• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
