Responsibilities

• Prepares production/service documents for each meal and related sheets.
• Extend recipes to facility population requirements.
• Fill pre-preparation and inventory pull sheets before each meal.
• Oversee orientation and training for inmate workers.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety program.
• Demonstrate good communication and human relations.
• Support Youth Services mission and policies.
• Maintain safety & security of clients and facility.
• Demonstrate Safe Crisis Management usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
