Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares production/service documents for each meal and tracks records.
• Extends recipes to meet facility population requirements.
• Fills out pre-preparation and inventory pull sheets before each meal.
• Carries out orientation and training program for inmate workers.
• Adheres to the sanitation and safety program.
• Demonstrates good communication and human relation skills.
• Supports Youth Services mission and follows policies on professional expectations.
