Qualifications

• Prior cook/food service experience required.
• Experience with inventory & ordering required.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a food-service setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise food-service associates and train staff.
• Advise management on purchasing to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Ensure quality, proper temperatures and portion control using approved recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain proper food rotation and HACCP compliance.
• Assist during service periods and collect customer feedback.
