Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following all sanitation procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; keeps workstation clean.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner and relays information to supervisor.
• Demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and explains them to staff and customers.
• Monitors peak production and service hours; keeps track of inventory and deliveries.
