The Winder Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Cook for PRN weekend coverage at 263 East May St, Winder, GA. You will assist with meal preparation and ensure meals follow dietary guidelines for residents.

Responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, recording substitutions, and delivering a friendly, patient-centered service to patients, families and visitors, while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Formación

• At least 1 year of healthcare kitchen experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

• Assist with food preparation following guidelines under the Food Services Manager.
• Create nutritious dishes based on dietary guidelines for each meal.
• Operate kitchen equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.).
• Record menu substitutions accurately.
• Provide a warm, friendly demeanor to patients, families and visitors.
• Adhere to safety protocols and corporate compliance standards.
