Location: UMASS Dartmouth

We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position at 285 Old Westport Rd, North Dartmouth, MA 02747. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers according to applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete all documentation, reports, and logs as required.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
