Job Summary

This position involves preparing food and serving customers in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and adhere to daily production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment following department procedures.
• Store, label, and date food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
