Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete worksheets, taste for quality, operate and clean equipment.
• Store, label, and date all food per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders, serve efficiently and courteously, and resolve concerns.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
