Qualifications

• Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Wash, chop, slice and portion food items.
• Label, date and store food properly using FIFO methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workstation.
• Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
