Job summary

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza is opening a new team in Charlotte and seeks a Pizza Maker to join our in-person kitchen. You will prepare pizzas, follow SOPs, and help deliver the extraordinary experience that aligns with our Michelin Recommended standard.

As a Pizza Maker, you will work with a dedicated team, monitor oven temps and cooking times, and ensure food safety and proper presentation. Join us to grow with a fun, growth-minded crew.

Qualifications

As a Pizza Maker you represent Mister O1 and you must always comply with Mister O1 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This will guarantee consistency with our quality and plate presentation; while following proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, and other kitchen equipment, ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
• Knows and complies consistently with the restaurant's standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
