Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza is hiring a Pizza Maker to join our in-person team in Charlotte, NC. You will prepare pizzas according to our recipes, monitor oven temperatures and times, and ensure food safety and freshness by following SOPs and proper storage practices.

Qualifications

• Experience handling raw ingredients in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and work in alignment with Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza's mission.
• Prepare high-quality pizzas per company recipes and monitor oven temperatures and cook times.
• Ensure proper food storage and correct temperatures by regulating ovens and equipment; maintain freshness and rotate stock.
• Adhere to the restaurant's standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.

As a Pizza Maker you represent Mister O1 and you must always comply with Mister O1 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This will guarantee consistency with our quality and plate presentation; while following proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, and other kitchen equipment, ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
• Knows and complies consistently with the restaurant's standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
