Job summary

OCI Hospitality is seeking an entry to mid-level kitchen team member to support daily food preparation and event support at our NY location. You will follow recipes, prep ingredients, and operate kitchen equipment to meet quality standards.

You will assist in inventory, receiving, and food storage while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the department. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
