Schedule: Part-time rotating schedule; hours and days may vary. Weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirements: At least one year of prior cooking experience; willing to train.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
6. Report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
8. Maintain positive working relationships with staff and customers.
9. Follow HACCP standards and all safety policies.
