Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
• Test foods by tasting, smelling, and piercing to ensure quality.
• Prepare food for cooking, including seasoning.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures.
• Keep all kitchen equipment clean and professional in appearance.
• Manage food inventory effectively.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Promote good customer relations through product promotion.
