Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring for a Heart of House Cook in Portland, OR. Join a fast-paced kitchen where teamwork fuels energy and great food. We offer training to the right person and a supportive team focused on quality and speed.

You’ll handle wings, burgers, and other items, follow recipes and presentation standards, and maintain a clean, safe station. You’ll contribute to a dynamic game-day atmosphere with consistent performance.

Requirements:

Required

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)

Preferred

• Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment
• Food Handler Certificate

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen

• Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per year).

• Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
• Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Access to state-mandated paid leave (eligibility requires earning at least $1,000 in the prior year).
• Employee Perks: Eligibility for food and beverage discounts per company policy.
• Oregon Military Family Leave: Eligible for up to 14 days of unpaid leave per deployment if working an average of 20+ hours per week.
