Buffalo Wild Wings in Beaverton, OR is hiring Cooks (Heart of House Team Members) to join a fast‑paced kitchen. You’ll prepare wings, burgers, and more, maintain a clean station, and follow safety standards while working closely with a team that brings energy and great food to every shift.

We train the right person—minimum age 18, with or without prior kitchen experience. Many benefits and a supportive work environment are offered as part of a full‑time team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
• Kitchen experience is helpful (but we can train the right person!)
• Prior experience in restaurant or retail environment is a plus
• Food Handler Certificate is preferred

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station

• Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Access to state-mandated paid leave (eligibility requires earning at least $1,000 in the prior year).
• Employee Perks: Eligibility for food and beverage discounts per company policy.
• Oregon Military Family Leave: Eligible for up to 14 days of unpaid leave per deployment if working an average of 20+ hours per week.
